Cardinals Fundraiser Training (2019 Dates TBA)

Band Camp is one week away, and with that comes the usual band expenses!

Volunteer to work at the University of Phoenix Stadium for Cardinals games (and other events) to raise funds that can be used for band items that you would normally have to pay out-of-pocket.  This includes band shirts, shoes, gloves and other fees including the California trip in December!

The Booster club receives a percentage of the proceeds raised from the sales of food and beverages at each game in our stand.  Of the money earned, half goes into the band general fund and the other half gets divided among the workers into their student or designated account.

A typical football game is a work day of approximately 8 hours. It is not as hard as it may sound. The only requirements needed are to attend a two hour orientation, and obtain a food handlers card.

*Pre-registration is required for training and they fill up fast!   Please send an email to Wendy at to sign up or if you have any questions!  Deadline to sign up with me is 3 days prior to training date
*Download the registration forms and bring them to training with you. (our group name is KMC Booster Club)

Anyone can volunteer, so let your family and friends know!

Returning Volunteers:
*You are not required to attend training again, but you do need to sign the volunteer agreement again to reactivate your badge. Download the form and  bring it to your first event of the year.  (our group name is KMC Booster Club)
*We are always looking for more volunteers to have Head Cashier and Stand Manager training – these take place 1 hour prior to general training.
